After choosing an issue to display, you will find Status History part of the screen:

It is default collapsed – to expand it, simply click on it:

Please note that in case of Agile project, app will not be visible on Backlog or Active sprints view – you have to open the issue in new window to see Status History.

You can check total time, working time, logged work and user working for every status of the issue. Also you can see who has set given status or given assignee - set by (user).

Every assignee mentioned on timeline is link to his/her Jira profile - by clicking it you can open it to check its details.

Please remember that "working time" is not the time logged on each issue (from worklog) - it is duration of status during business hours.

Please also note that total time and working time are calculated with precisement to seconds, but they are displayed with precisement to minutes only. Therefore, in some particular cases, total time and working time may not be accurate one hundred percent.

Last but not least, please note that last total time and working time of the issue current status are approximate, calculated right before display. Therefore, time may not be accurate one hundred percent.

If time spent logged on given status exceeds total (or working, if used) time,  icon appears, as per below example:

In default view, timeline is set on current date and time, and table shows a list of all statuses of this issue, with total time and workin time for each of them. You can change this view, using different tools from the toolbar:
